Cancellation and refund policy
How to raise a question about an enquiry or a later agreed transaction.
1. Scope and operator
This policy addresses enquiries and questions about a commissioned freelance project with Mashkhurbek Ibrokhimov, identified at Alisher Navoiy shoh ko'chasi 29a, 140000, Samarqand, Özbekistan. The pages contain no payment processor, subscription or checkout. They do not sell the explanatory drawings or concept images. A future transaction requires its own accepted conditions. Contact [email protected] with the relevant matter; preparing that draft does not automatically lodge or approve a monetary claim. A payment to a separate provider must be identified as such.
2. Enquiry stage
A message about Field Notes, Wayfinding, Rhythm or another potential brief is not a paid commission. Preparing a draft is free of a website charge and can be abandoned. If you have already sent a message, explain if you no longer wish to pursue the discussion. A chosen study or desired date does not reserve working time. Before commissioning, review how advances, completed stages, approved external costs and a stopped project would be handled in the specific proposal.
3. Once work is commissioned
A cancellation request should be considered alongside the accepted brief, approval stages, payments and work actually carried out. Unused scope, a disputed deliverable and a change of direction are different situations. This portfolio does not classify every advance as non-refundable or promise an unconditional full repayment. Review any later project terms and the rights applicable to the engagement. Where external production has been authorised, identify that commitment separately from the freelance work being questioned.
4. Making the project identifiable
Include your name, the brief or project reference, the relevant agreement and the action you are requesting. If you paid, identify the payment without disclosing full banking credentials. Describe the deliverable or stage involved and the reason for asking for review. Keep the correspondence and approval notes that explain the request. The draft form does not submit a dispute automatically, accept files or approve a refund; it prepares a message you can review and send yourself.
5. Communication and possible resolution
Review requires enough information to identify the arrangement and understand the request. Further clarification may be needed, particularly when the issue involves different participants or more than one payment. Any resolution should explain the action or amount, method and relevant timing in the actual conversation. The public website does not promise a universal response deadline, refund-processing period or bank settlement time. Do not make an additional payment merely because an unverified message claims it is necessary to obtain a refund.
6. Rights and separate agreements
Nothing here removes a mandatory right or remedy. Applicable law and a valid transaction-specific agreement remain relevant to a cancellation, defect or payment concern. A third party that collected a payment may have its own process and responsibilities; this operator cannot issue that provider’s refund by changing a browser preview. Keep the transactions distinct when explaining a request. Consult the Terms for the website’s role and the Privacy policy for how enquiry information moves through the email-draft workflow.
